  • Min. age of primary renter: 30
  • Families are welcome, Children welcome
  • Parties/events not allowed
  • Pets not allowed
  • No smoking inside the house please; Smoking allowed outside.

I encourage you to enjoy my home, however, if noise or neighborhood complaints are reported you will forfeit your agreement.

No ‘on-street’ parking! 

If after booking my home I find discrepancies in how you have represented yourselves, the contract becomes ‘null & void.”
